Liaising with users, family members, and public entities **SAD (Home Help Service) Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, empathetic individual with leadership capabilities to coordinate the Home Help Service. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring services delivered by the auxiliary staff team, ensuring quality care for users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the SAD auxiliary staff team. * Preparation of work schedules and service planning. * Monitoring of incidents and conflict resolution. * Liaising with users, family members, and public entities. * Service quality control and continuous improvement. * Basic administrative management related to the service. **Requirements:** * University degree in a sociosanitary field, social work, or a related discipline. * Official B1 English language certification. * Prior experience coordinating assistance services (desirable). * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. * Personal vehicle (reimbursement per km driven, if required). **Offered:** * Temporary full-time contract. * Stable working hours. * Opportunity to join a team committed to people’s well-being. * Salary according to collective agreement.
