Customer follow-up and incident resolution **Administrative Assistant with Commercial Profile – Donostia/San Sebastian Office** A **Home Care Services Company** is looking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** with a commercial orientation for our office located in Donostia. **Main Responsibilities** * Telephone and in-person support for users and families. * Updating and maintaining databases. * Document management in digital and physical formats. * Processing and mechanizing procedures with Social Security. * Customer follow-up and resolution of service-related incidents. * General administrative and coordination support. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. * Commercial profile, with capability for customer service and acquisition. * Valid type B driving license and personal vehicle. * Prior experience in the socio-healthcare sector and/or customer service is desirable. **Offer** * **Permanent contract.** * **Full-time split-shift schedule**: * Monday to Friday, **9:00–13:30** and **15:30–18:30**. * Immediate start. * **Annual gross salary: €22,000.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: €22,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events Work location: On-site employment
