Job Mission The Data Science Operations Manager / Lead Product Developer will be responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the Data Science & Operations vertical, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with the business. Data Science & Technology * Supervise and enhance the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) tool and demand forecasting models, ensuring robustness, scalability, and accuracy. * Define coding quality standards, best practices, and analytical architecture, with primary focus on Python. * Coordinate the evolution of predictive models (forecasting, optimization, elasticities, etc.). * Ensure proper industrialization of models (MLOps, monitoring, performance). * Prioritize the technical roadmap based on business and customer impact. * Assess data quality, understand potential limitations, propose solutions or alternatives to such limitations, and define an appropriate scope. * Conduct exploratory analyses to detect anomalies and patterns in RGM, Marketing Analytics, Logistics, CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics. Business & Customer * Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions. * Actively participate in relationships with strategic clients, providing both technical and business insight. * Evaluate opportunities for improvement and new data-driven products for the consumer goods and retail sectors. * Support problem resolution, decompose problems, develop hypotheses, and formulate practical recommendations based on data, analysis, and analytical models under the supervision of consultants and managers. * Ensure insights generated translate into real, measurable decisions and actions. * Visualize and present data effectively to non-technical clients, preparing and delivering workshops. **Requirements:** Experience * +8 years of experience in Data Science / Analytics, with at least 3–5 years leading teams. * Solid experience in consulting environments or data-driven companies. * Strong technical background with strategic business vision. * Experience working with pricing or forecasting models (experience in consumer goods or retail is highly valued). Technical Knowledge * Advanced proficiency in Python and R (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, etc.), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of R-Shiny and Python-Dash is a plus. * Experience designing and supervising production-ready predictive models. * Knowledge of data architecture and MLOps (desirable). * Ability to review code and define technical standards. * Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, physics, etc.).
