




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen leader to coordinate the team, design menus, and ensure culinary quality, while also managing communication with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a person to lead the kitchen in a restaurant located in Santander. Main responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and designing menus, always ensuring dish quality. The role also involves maintaining constant communication with suppliers, managing necessary orders so that service always has all required ingredients and materials at any given time. This position is offered under a full-time contract, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule follows a rotating morning and afternoon shift system, operating between 10:00 and 18:00, always including corresponding breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a versatile and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Culinary training is an advantage.
