Acciona, within its construction business line, is seeking to incorporate a Construction Site Supervisor for an important linear construction project in Cantabria. Responsibilities * Overall supervision of fieldwork and coordination among different parties. * Experience managing labor force and equipment. * Experience in building construction. * Organization of workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage, loading/unloading of required materials. * Monitoring and tracking of execution processes. * Monitoring compliance with scheduling. * Interpretation of blueprints and specifications. * Supervision and organization of work teams and task assignment to workers. * Receiving, organizing, and calculating materials. * Control of necessary resources, machinery, and materials. * Supervision and verification of work processes and results. Job Description Mission: Coordinate and supervise operational tasks within their unit/department according to established procedures, autonomously selecting and redefining specific operating methods for highly complex projects involving high budget and resource volumes. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within established costs.
