We are seeking five administrative assistants to perform data entry tasks related to contracts, incident management, and billing. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required, as well as strong performance in back-office functions. Applicants must have specific training. A higher degree in Administration and Finance, Office Management, or Administration and Management will be positively valued. Candidates with a medium-level qualification in Administrative Management or any related professional certification will also be considered, provided the training was completed within the last three years, or five years if the candidate has a disability of 33% or higher. We offer a temporary six-month training contract with the possibility of extension. The position is part-time, with a 35-hour workweek. During the first month, working hours will be from 7:30 to 14:30, and for the remaining months, the schedule will be afternoon shifts from 14:30 to 21:30. The salary will be €1,200 gross per month.
