Position Summary: Tragsatec is seeking a Project Draftsperson to support the General Secretariat by conducting as-built surveys and preparing graphical documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation records. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Project Draftsperson to support the General Secretariat in a 100% remote work modality. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Conduct as-built surveys and prepare as-built drawings. * Interpret and analyze project plans and basic documentation. * Prepare graphical and technical project documentation for building projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software. * Collaborate in drafting reports, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, budgets, presentations, and other required studies. * Perform preliminary sizing and, where applicable, final sizing of installation components under the supervision and instructions of the responsible technical officer. * Digitize technical information and graphical project documents. * Standardize drawing and representation processes, including scales, formats, external references, layers, text sizes, etc. * Organize and maintain up-to-date records of graphical and technical documentation. * Review, identify, and resolve potential issues in drawings or CAD files. * Edit, publish, or print prepared graphical documentation in PDF and/or paper format. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official Spanish Higher Technician (Técnico Superior) qualification in specializations enabling performance of draftsperson duties in accordance with applicable legal regulations (FPII/CFGS – Construction and/or Civil Engineering branches) (qualifications officially recognized in Spain) #### **Additional Training** * Advanced level in AUTOCAD (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic/user or higher level in Microsoft Office (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic level in photo design and editing software (to be verified during technical assessment) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of professional experience in conducting as-built surveys (to be verified during technical assessment) * At least 1 year of professional experience in preparing drawings and documentation for building, renovation, activity licensing, and/or legalization projects and installations (prepared according to Spanish regulations) (to be verified during technical assessment) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 2 years of professional experience in preparing drawings and documentation for building, renovation, activity licensing, and/or legalization projects and installations, prepared according to Spanish regulations (to be verified during technical assessment) * 3 months to 1 year of professional experience in preparing specific drawings for passive fire protection systems (evacuation, occupancy capacity, compartmentation, etc.) and accessibility, prepared according to Spanish regulations (to be verified during technical assessment) * 1 to 2 years of professional experience in conducting as-built surveys (to be verified during technical assessment) * 3 months to 1 year of professional experience in preparing drawings and documentation for listed buildings, preferably involving municipal procedures related to historical heritage protection (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 2 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
