




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, and customer orientation, possessing solid technical knowledge of engines and advanced systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in automotive and mechanical engineering, including advanced technologies. 2. Project management, customer orientation, and budget control. 3. Knowledge of R&D, electronics, and engine control systems. We seek a candidate with experience in the automotive sector, particularly in mechanical engineering. Familiarity with and hands-on experience in vehicle and engine handling will be highly valued, covering conventional diesel and gasoline engines as well as more advanced technologies such as hybrid and electric powertrains. The candidate is expected to have experience in project management, a customer-oriented approach, and familiarity with budget allocation. Knowledge and experience in research and development (R\+D) within the automotive field, serial production or mass manufacturing, and quality management in this sector will also be appreciated. Positive consideration will be given to expertise in battery development for hybrid applications, software development for engine control (ECU), system integration and validation, and electronics applied to engines and vehicles—including communication protocols such as CAN and OBD. Knowledge of exhaust after-treatment technologies (DOC, DPF, SCR, LNT), emission control and reduction strategies, as well as testing under various climatic conditions, driving scenarios, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) will be considered a plus. Experience in automatic transmissions, base calibration and software applications, as well as Engine Management Systems (EMS), will also be taken into account. **Contract Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Full-time
