Conducting internal audits and operator training. Job Summary Your mission will be to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems for assigned product lines. You will join the Quality Department of a multinational metal industry company, reporting to the Quality Manager. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and investigating customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and involving relevant departments as required per case. * Managing and investigating internal and supplier non-conformities. * Statistical analysis and monitoring of quality indicators. * Participating in the definition of new products and modifications to existing ones (customer requirements, control plans, approvals, etc.). * Equipment validation and PPAPs (if responsible for automotive or other customers requiring them). * Participating in the maintenance and improvement of the quality system. * Preparing quality certificates for customers. * Conducting internal system, process, and product audits. * Providing quality-related training to operators. * Contributing to continuous improvement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial sector quality, production, or engineering departments. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems. * ISO 9001 internal auditor certification. * Familiarity with quality tools and problem-solving methodologies. * Knowledge of metallurgy. * Advanced MS Office user. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Engineering degree (Industrial, Materials, etc.). * High level of English.
