Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial lathe operator to manufacture metal parts, interpret drawings, perform quality inspections, and prepare and adjust machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Lathe and machine tool operation 2. Basic technical drawing interpretation 3. Quality inspections and basic workstation maintenance Industrial lathe operator position located in Dueñas. Responsibilities include operating lathes and machine tools to fabricate metal parts while interpreting basic technical drawings. Quality inspections are also conducted to ensure parts meet specifications. Duties include machinery preparation and adjustment, such as selecting cutting tools and configuring cutting parameters. Basic workstation maintenance—including cleaning and equipment checks—is required to ensure safe operation. The work environment is a mechanical manufacturing workshop, emphasizing attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures. Candidates must have practical experience in turning or machining. Training in mechanical manufacturing is preferred. Responsibility, proactivity, and interest in long-term career stability are essential. Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts is mandatory. Prior experience as a lathe operator or in machining tasks is required.
