This position, offered under a temporary contract, requires strong adaptability to rotate across different plant positions according to industrial process needs. Daily performance demands strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Work is conducted on rotating shifts, requiring employees to have their own vehicle and a committed attitude toward scheduled hours. At least six months of prior experience as an operator in the automotive sector is required. Having one's own vehicle for commuting to the workplace is mandatory. A responsible, results-oriented attitude is required.
