




Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Assistant in Salamanca to answer the switchboard, receive visitors, distribute mail, control access, supervise facilities, and manage incidents. Leadership in evacuation and emergency assistance The Information Assistant in Salamanca will handle the telephone switchboard, receive visitors, and distribute mail and courier deliveries. They will also be responsible for access control, facility supervision, and preparing facilities for opening and closing. In case of an emergency, they will lead evacuations and provide assistance. They will manage incidents and assist members of the public requesting information. This position requires basic education (ESO or equivalent), office software skills, and foundational knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred. The working schedule is part-time, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, and rest days assigned according to the duty roster. The contract is temporary.
