Technical Architects

Description

We need a proactive and responsible person to support construction project management and monitoring, cost control, quantity surveying, and budgeting. The role also includes monitoring planning and execution of works, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, as well as site visits and quality control. Requirements include a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Presto, Excel, and measurement and budgeting tools is required. A minimum of three months of experience, a valid type B driving license, and willingness to travel are essential. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent, full-time.
