In this customer-facing position, you will be responsible for managing documentation for a portfolio of turnkey projects across multiple stages—from purchase order receipt through to cash collection. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project documentation activities are regularly reported to the customer and executed in accordance with agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support project managers, focusing on coordination of engineering and quality documentation services. * Review documents to verify data integrity and accuracy, resolving discrepancies with document originators. * Maintain a document control records management system and/or printed document system to ensure compliance with all applicable and required standards. * Develop and maintain procedures and standards for document creation, production, approval, distribution, and amendment. * Demonstrate ownership and accountability for overall project execution performance and safety (from project initiation through completion) across all assigned projects. * Support improved customer relationships by fostering a work environment free from unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for any party—meeting or exceeding customer performance expectations. * Ensure a "clear definition of documentation requirements" prior to commencing work on assigned projects. * Prepare a detailed document list with submission schedule at the start of each assigned project; maintain an updated project documentation schedule throughout the project lifecycle; achieve 90% or greater adherence to all key milestones within the schedule. * Manage document control for OTD (On-Time Delivery) of all documents throughout the project lifecycle, targeting zero impact on shipment deliverables, invoicing, and progress payments. **Your Profile:** * Qualification: Industrial Engineering preferred; other engineering disciplines accepted. * Experience: 0–2 years. * Languages: Spanish and advanced English—additional languages are valued. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required. * Windchill knowledge is a plus. * Must be an active, committed individual with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and develop. * Must demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity. * Proven attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, advanced organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Commitment to Flowserve’s values and behaviors. * Responsible for executing assigned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) orders, ensuring all product deliverables—as defined by the customer order—meet quality and OTD requirements. * Familiarity with Flowserve’s product range and internal workflows to manage enterprise system interactions across engineering, operations, and sales. * Provide responsive, customer-focused support to both internal and external customers as part of a Project Management Office serving as the single point of contact for all customers. * Ensure contractual technical requirements flow through the organization. * Team-oriented mindset to collaborate with the entire Pozuelo team to meet customer contractual deadlines. * Respectful, able to understand others’ perspectives, and willing to collaborate. * Organized individual capable of working in a multitasking environment. * Able to adapt to schedule changes. * Work with the project team to accelerate completion of documentation requirements to avoid shipment or payment delays. **What We Offer (among other benefits):** * 100% company-funded cafeteria * Summer hours (shorter working day) Flowserve is a global leader in manufacturing and aftermarket services for comprehensive flow control systems.
