We are seeking a plant operator for an established company in the packaging sector. The selected candidate will join a close-knit and collaborative team, working at a steady pace that offers stability. The position requires adaptation to a rotating shift system covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The main responsibility is to monitor and operate specialized machinery responsible for processing caps or aluminum sheets. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the computerized system: logging consumed products, discarded materials, and surplus inventory. This task is essential for ensuring production continuity and accurately briefing the next shift. Additionally, minor blockages or incidents must be resolved independently. Basic user-level computer skills are required. Training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related fields is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Full availability to rotate across all three shifts is essential. We seek a meticulous, responsible individual capable of working autonomously within a team. User-level computer proficiency. Availability to rotate across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or similar fields is valued.
