The selected candidate will join a team of four firmware developers and be responsible for firmware development, with the opportunity to observe the product in its entirety and follow the project and its evolution from start to finish. You will not only engage in development but also in research, as this is a fully customizable product and the team is responsible for proposing and expanding functionalities. **What will be your main duties and responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------------------------------- Identify and develop innovative new solutions, introducing new technologies or processes to improve efficiency both in development time and manufacturing time. Demonstrate curiosity to understand the project, enhance application software, and proactively propose solutions to emerging needs. Foster effective communication with the client; constant communication will begin from the project’s inception. Implement communication protocols, preparing reports and monitoring data collected for the client. Generate specification documentation when necessary. **What do we require?** --------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with focus on programming and electronics (industrial electronics, computer science, telecommunications, etc.). More than 4 years of professional experience in a Firmware Development Engineer role or similar. Experience with the following technologies: * Embedded systems programming using ESP32. * Communication protocols: Modbus and MQTT. * Programming languages: C/C++, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
