Processing incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone; preliminary qualification of potential clients. Coordinating meetings and product demonstrations; scheduling sales managers’ calendars. Preparing sales reports, analyzing key metrics, and supporting forecasting preparation. Interacting with other departments (marketing, logistics, accounting) to ensure timely order execution. **Requirements:** Higher or secondary professional education; experience in sales or customer support is welcome. Proficient PC skills: MS Office (Excel, Word); CRM experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and accuracy in handling documents. Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
