About the position: We are looking for a proactive individual with strong work capacity and attention to detail to join our facility in Pedrola. The main responsibility will be the manual and/or mechanical separation of different types of metals from waste streams. Main responsibilities: Identification and separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Classification of metals based on composition and quality. Operation of basic machinery for material handling (if required and after proper training). Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Support in other recycling process tasks as needed by the team. Requirements: Previous experience in the metal sector. Ability to perform physical labor. Manual dexterity and good coordination. Responsible and committed attitude. Residence in Pedrola or surrounding areas. Valued (not essential): Previous experience in similar roles at recycling plants or related industries. Valid forklift operator license and experience in operating it. Basic knowledge of metal types.
