Distribution of hygiene supplies and assistance materials. Guidance and accompaniment for women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of exclusion. Analysis, identification, and needs assessment for each beneficiary/family, coordinated with the educator and social worker. Supporting and/or accompanying participants in managing daily routines, cleaning schedules, and various administrative tasks (medical appointments, official paperwork, shopping, etc.) to foster learning and increase autonomy. Designing, planning, and conducting group workshops to develop personal and social skills, as well as new knowledge relevant to the host society. Monitoring individual pathways in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Conflict resolution and crisis intervention. Planning leisure and free-time activities. Group intervention through assemblies and other activities that promote harmonious coexistence and resolve conflicts arising from shared living, coordinated with the social educator. Supervising the development of habits related to nutrition, daily routines, hygiene, schedules, rhythms, use of space, etc., among participants and their dependent minors. Recording interventions in appropriate documentation tools. Supporting job and housing searches in coordination with technical staff. Participating in internal coordination and training meetings. Tasks assigned by management.
