On a day-to-day basis, you will review tender documents, assess their technical and economic feasibility, examine pricing, contractual conditions, and project context, and prepare budgets using Presto, requesting cost estimates from suppliers and subcontractors. You will also contribute to preparing technical reports when required by the project, and once the work is awarded, maintain ongoing involvement with the project — particularly regarding procurement and technical support — to preserve practical oversight. **What will make you succeed in this role?** A technical background in construction, building engineering, or civil engineering will be important. Prior experience in construction estimating, site management, or technical offices — regardless of project type — is essential, as what matters most is having exposure to varied real-world construction scenarios. Proficiency in **Presto** is mandatory. Familiarity with project planning and management tools is also highly desirable.
