Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and prepare technical and economic proposals for a family-owned construction company specializing in the restoration of historical heritage and civil engineering works. Key Highlights: 1. You will participate in the study of diverse and unique construction projects. 2. Collaborative work and direct contact with suppliers and the team. 3. Stability and a long-term project within a serious and close-knit environment. If you are motivated by analyzing diverse construction projects, participating in tenders, and closely coordinating with the rest of the team and suppliers within a solid, family-owned company, this project may be an excellent fit for you. **A family-owned construction company**, with a long track record and specialized in **historical heritage restoration**, rehabilitation of landmark buildings, and **civil engineering works in high-demand industrial and technical environments**, is looking to incorporate a new professional into its team. With over **40 years of experience**, a highly consolidated structure, and approximately **60 employees**, the company stands out for its working approach: planning, safety, execution quality, and long-term relationships with top-tier clients. **What will this position offer you?** **Diverse and unique technical projects:** You will participate in the study of a wide variety of projects—from heritage rehabilitation and official buildings to civil, healthcare, and industrial works. **Real cost visibility and procurement coordination:** Your role will go beyond plan-based analysis. You will have direct contact with suppliers and subcontractors, gaining insight into actual construction costs and coordinating with the rest of the team for more accurate decision-making. **Collaborative, non-departmentalized work:** You will join a close-knit environment where continuous interaction occurs with site managers, technical directors, and suppliers. **Stability and a long-term project:** This is a company with established teams and a work culture grounded in trust and continuity. They seek someone who will grow alongside them. **Stable, on-site working hours:** You will work Monday to Thursday on a split shift (flexible start time between 8:00 and 8:30) and Friday mornings on an intensive schedule. **A serious yet close-knit professional environment:** A discreet company with direct interpersonal communication, where feedback, personal interaction, and mutual understanding among teams are valued. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your primary mission will be to analyze, study, and prepare technical and economic proposals—mainly for official construction projects and public tenders—working closely with site managers and the rest of the team. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze tenders, assessing their technical and economic feasibility; review prices, conditions, and project context; and prepare budgets using Presto, requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. You will also contribute to preparing technical reports when required by the project, and once a project is awarded, maintain involvement throughout its execution—particularly regarding procurement and technical support—to retain practical oversight. **What will make you successful in this role?** A technical background related to construction, building, or engineering will be important. Prior experience in construction studies, site management, or technical offices—regardless of project type—is essential, as what matters most is having engaged with diverse real-world construction contexts. Proficiency in **Presto** is required. Comfort working with project planning and management tools will also be important. We are looking for an **open-minded, solution-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills**, who is comfortable maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers, technical directors, clients, foremen, and site managers. Someone with sound technical judgment, practical insight, and analytical capability—who enjoys understanding how construction projects are actually executed. If you appreciate variety, do not wish to be pigeonholed, value high-quality work, and seek a stable, long-term project where you can both contribute and continue learning, this environment will suit you well. **In summary** If you are looking for a solid technical position featuring unique projects, hands-on involvement with construction sites, stability, and an experienced team, this could be an excellent opportunity to consolidate or further develop your career. Apply now, and in the next stage, we will share all project details with you. We look forward to meeting you.
