You will serve as the primary point of contact for **client communication**, **project execution**, and **safety management**, while **planning, coordinating, supervising, and advising** Site Managers—and monitoring compliance with **quality, cost, and schedule** requirements. You will be responsible for **certifying monthly** the **work completed**, using both in-house resources and subcontractors, validating the work performed by external companies. **What will make you successful in this role?** To feel comfortable in this position, you must hold technical education and possess at least five years’ experience in construction—with particular preference given to candidates from the interior design sector. Proficiency in French and/or English at minimum B2 level is required, along with willingness to travel internationally.
