At **Grupo Lobe**, a nationally recognized company in the construction sector, we continue to grow and are seeking a **Site Manager** for our **Zaragoza** office. If you are passionate about managing building projects, leading teams, and turning blueprints into reality, this opportunity may be for you. **What will your mission be?** You will be the **person responsible for ensuring the proper execution of construction projects**, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety. **Your main responsibilities will include:** ✅ Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction execution. ✅ Organizing and leading internal teams and external collaborators. ✅ Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety measures. ✅ Monitoring project progress and reporting to Management. ✅ Coordinating material supply requirements with the site team. **What are we looking for?** \- Prior experience in building construction projects. \- University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. \- Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. \- Autonomy and initiative to carry out assigned responsibilities. **What do we offer?** \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Intensive schedule during summer months. \- Pension plan for the construction sector. \- Flexible compensation (meals, transportation, training, and childcare). \- Benefits under the Zaragoza Construction Collective Agreement. \- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and expertise.
