Position Summary: We are seeking educational staff to work with minors under protective measures, involving direct support, assessment, education, and coordination with teams and resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct support to minors and families 2. Development of individual educational programs 3. Coordination with involved resources and services Educational staff are needed to work in Tudela with minors under protective measures. Main duties include direct support to minors and families, implementation of socio-educational interaction, observation and assessment of each case, as well as educating and caring for minors according to the educational project and current regulations. Additionally, staff must develop the individual educational program within the case plan, conduct weekly tutorial activities, coordinate with involved resources and services, assume responsibilities in the supervisor's absence, develop the family intervention plan together with the technical team, and ensure compliance with coexistence regulations. The position requires full-time work from Monday to Friday, with working hours to be determined. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work. Other degrees in social fields with relevant experience may also be considered. * At least 1 year of experience in the functions and tasks described in this job posting.
