This role is essential for maintaining quality and environmental standards at our production plant, which has become a benchmark for innovation and sustainability across Europe. Main Responsibilities The Junior Quality Technician will play a key role within our team, with the following responsibilities: Quality and Environment Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws and regulations, including ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment). Document Management: Carry out document control and maintain records related to quality and environmental management systems. Internal Audits: Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with implemented systems and propose improvements in internal processes. Non-Conformance Detection: Identify non-conformities in production processes, analyze their root causes, and propose effective corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in all processes and environmental management, ensuring best practices are implemented. Legal Compliance: Identify and ensure compliance with applicable legislation regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention. Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Risk Identification: Participate in identifying workplace risks and propose preventive measures to mitigate them. Training and Awareness: Promote staff training and awareness on quality and occupational risk prevention topics, fostering a safety-oriented work culture. Safety Reports: Prepare safety and quality reports, and monitor established performance indicators to evaluate progress in these areas. Candidate Requirements Education: A Technical or Higher Engineering degree will be valued, preferably in fields related to quality, environment, or occupational risk prevention. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to quality management, ISO 9001 standards, and occupational risk prevention. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as legislation related to quality and the environment.
