Conflict resolution and incident management **Coordinator** for SAD Management in Ribadeo (Galicia) * Full-time working schedule. * Immediate start. * Availability: 20 hours on-site at the physical office; the remainder remotely. * Working hours: Monday to Friday plus one afternoon. * Salary according to collective agreement. * **Required qualification:** University degree in Social Services. * Optional: Knowledge of CIBERSAD. * Driving license valued. * Contract type: Permanent. **Functions and responsibilities**. * Coordinate and lead the local auxiliary team. * Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Prepare technical reports detailing the implementation of specific services, as well as their assessment, whenever required by the Municipal Council. * Resolve conflicts and manage incidents arising during service delivery. * Conduct home visits deemed necessary in response to serious situations or incidents affecting service delivery. * Billing control and report preparation; manage and organize daily work through appropriate goal planning and rationalization of tasks.
