If so, we’d love to meet you! **What Will You Do as an IT Technician/Engineer?** * Manage the company’s systems and networks. * Supervise small teams. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software incidents, ensuring continuous operational availability of our systems. * Implement and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and systems, contributing to the stability and security of our infrastructure. * Guide and train users on the use of tools and technologies, fostering a culture of technological empowerment within the company. * Provide daily technical support to all office users, as well as to our R\+D and production teams, efficiently resolving IT incidents and queries with excellent service. ***This is a full-time position requiring physical presence at our offices in Madrid.*** ✅**Requirements:** We seek candidates with the following qualifications and more than 5 years of experience: * Systems Administration: Extensive experience managing domain controllers (DC), users and devices (Active Directory), security policies (GPO), and Microsoft 365. * Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, macOS. * Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, firewalls, port configuration, reverse proxy, VPN, and VLANs. * Linux Environments: Proficiency in administering and configuring Linux operating systems. Bash. * Virtual Machine Management: Solid experience with virtualization environments, specifically ESXi and vCenter. * Infrastructure Management: Hardware, physical servers, data centers.
