An MBA in Business Management is desirable. Other qualifications that match the profile, provided professional experience in the economic field is demonstrated: Law Degree, Technical Engineer, Political Science, International Relations or similar. * Non-regulated training: – Preferably, knowledge of grant regulations and public procurement, especially at regional, national, and European levels. – Familiarity with public funding programs and national and regional funding schemes. – Training in tenders, grants, personnel cost calculations, budget calculations, electronic processing, collective labor agreements, etc. – Advanced knowledge of Excel. – Knowledge of accounting. – Corporate law knowledge. * Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in processing applications and justifications for grants, electronic procedures, corporate matters, budget calculations, personnel remuneration calculations, etc., will be valued. Experience in preparing proposals for public tenders: preparation of work plan reports, electronic processing, solvency justification and award documents, processing classification files, obtaining ROLECE certification, searching for tenders on the State and Andalusian Regional Government procurement platforms. Receiving notifications via platforms, financial processing, etc. * Proficiency in tools for project and budget management (advanced Excel, grant management platforms).
