Position Summary: We are seeking an IT and systems professional to ensure optimal technology operation, including system maintenance and management, database administration, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Operating system maintenance and management (Windows, Linux) and AS/400 (IBM i) 2. Database administration (SQL Server, MySQL) and information security 3. End-user technical support and ERP system experience We are seeking a professional for the IT and systems area in Alcázar de San Juan. The primary mission will be to guarantee that all technological systems operate smoothly every day. Responsibilities will include maintaining technological equipment—both networked devices and individual user devices—and managing operating systems such as Windows and Linux. A key requirement is knowledge and experience with AS/400 (IBM i) systems, including continuous monitoring of their processes, printers, and critical messages. Databases such as SQL Server and MySQL will also be administered to ensure proper functionality. You will participate in applying security updates and performing backups to protect information. Technical support will be provided to end users to resolve connectivity issues and other IT-related matters. Experience in user support and knowledge of ERP systems will be valued. A Higher Vocational Training qualification and at least two years of relevant work experience are required. **Contract Type:** Temporary Proven technical experience in hardware maintenance, Office 365, and ERP tools. Operational proficiency with AS/400 (IBM i), including session management (IBM i Access) and backup processes. Knowledge of SQL Server and/or MySQL database administration. Prior experience in troubleshooting and user support (Helpdesk). Proactive profile with analytical capability, focus on cybersecurity and continuous improvement. Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience.
