Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to manage operations in cutting and machining centers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and improve design and manufacturing processes. Identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement. **Minimum Requirements:** Education: Technical Industrial Engineering Degree, Industrial Design Degree, Electronic and Automatic Industrial Engineering Degree, Mechanical Engineering Degree, or Industrial Engineering Degree. Experience in maintenance or operation of electrical and electronic systems is desirable. Experience in programming languages such as .NET and Python is desirable. Motivation to learn and grow professionally. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Proactive. **Responsibilities:** Management and supervision of operations in cutting and machining centers. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including electrical, software, and automation engineers—to achieve seamless system integration. Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes, proposing innovative and efficient solutions. Participation in prototype testing and performance validation of machines, performing necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
