Senior QA Automation Engineer

**Infatica.io** is a global provider of proxy and DaaS solutions. We're looking for a hands\-on Senior QA Engineer to work across two product lines: our web/SaaS product and our technology platform for scraping, data, and AI. The role combines manual testing, automation, and the development of engineering quality practices. **Key Responsibilities:** **Product Testing** * Conduct functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing of web products. * Test APIs, integrations, and microservice interactions. * Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites. * Write and maintain automated tests in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript. * Integrate automated checks into the CI/CD pipeline. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers on implementation quality. **Data, Scraping \& AI Product Testing** * Test scraping processes, data pipelines, and distributed services in live environments. * Test retries, rate limits, partial failures, degradation of external sources, and process recovery. * Perform load and performance testing of critical services. * Contribute to automated quality gates and quality metrics. * Apply AI tools for test generation, log analysis, edge\-case discovery, and regression automation. **Requirements*** 6\+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering. * Strong hands\-on manual testing experience with complex web and SaaS products. * Test automation experience in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript. * Solid understanding of API testing, microservices, and distributed systems. * Experience with CI/CD and Docker. * Experience with Grafana, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, or similar observability tools. * Performance testing experience. * Comfort working with logs, metrics, and production incidents. **Nice to Have** * Understanding of HTTP, DNS, TLS, proxy networks, caching, queues, retries, and rate limiting. * Experience testing scraping, data platform, or high\-load API products. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Practical experience using AI in test automation. * Experience with SLI/SLO. * Experience testing AI functionality, eval pipelines, or golden datasets. **What Matters for This Role** We're looking for a self\-driven engineer who's equally comfortable testing a product by hand, writing automated tests, digging into architecture, logs, and pipelines, and systematically improving product quality — without moving into people management. **Benefits*** Remote work flexibility * High autonomy in shaping testing processes and quality practices * Work on both a SaaS product and a cutting\-edge scraping/data/AI platform * Competitive compensation package **Join Us** If you enjoy owning quality end\-to\-end — from manual exploratory testing to automation and production diagnostics — and want to work across both a web/SaaS product and a high\-load data platform, we'd love to hear from you.
