Nursing Assistant

Description

A nursing assistant position is available at El Robledillo Residence in Villarrobledo (Albacete). Responsibilities include supporting the center's daily activities, ensuring residents' hygiene and nutrition, assisting with dining room setup and breakdown as well as room preparation, performing postural changes to prevent pressure ulcers, and aiding in resident transfers with supervision and monitoring. Collaboration with healthcare staff is also required for medication administration, care of residents with colostomies or catheters, and assisted feeding using syringes. Sensitivity to the needs of older adults, ability to work effectively in a team, and preferably prior experience in similar roles are required. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher will be valued. A medium-level vocational training qualification (FP) in Nursing Care Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Care for Dependent Persons, or Sociohealthcare Assistant—or an equivalent professional certification—is required. Prior experience in similar positions, a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, documentation verifying membership in a vulnerable group, and user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and email will be valued.
