**General Job Description**
Promote and ensure the implementation, monitoring, and coordination of the RUTA TALENTO RURAL \+ IMPULSO project in Castilla-La Mancha, strengthening relationships with local teams to guarantee achievement of the proposal’s technical and financial objectives.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure correct technical and financial implementation of project activities, in accordance with work plans and donor regulations.
* Support the establishment of synergies, alliances, and joint initiatives that strengthen project implementation, aligned with population needs and the organization’s strategic priorities in Social Action.
* Maintain fluid and systematic communication with CESAL’s management to ensure technical and strategic coherence.
* Prepare and submit periodic technical reports, as well as other documents required by the organization or donors.
* Supervise appropriate and efficient use of materials, technological tools, and financial resources assigned to the project, in coordination with project staff.
* Ensure compliance with CESAL’s internal policies and administrative, financial, and accountability requirements imposed by donors and/or grantors.
* Coordinate, accompany, and provide technical support to local teams assigned to the project, promoting performance aligned with the organization’s objectives and values.
* Facilitate and lead periodic monitoring, coordination, and feedback meetings.
* Promote a collaborative, results-oriented work environment and professional development for team members.

**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or University Degree (in Economics, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields).
**Professional Experience**
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in territorial work and similar positions in other organizations.
* Preferred qualifications:
* Knowledge of project management (logical framework approach, project cycle, monitoring tools, and budgeting).
* Familiarity with labor insertion and integration of vulnerable groups.
* Capacity for territorial analysis and risk management.
* Team coordination experience.

**Profile:**
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or University Degree (in Economics, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields).
