To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Driving automation and operational efficiency using digital tools, Power Platform, and AI to optimize processes and reduce manual tasks. * Designing and improving automated workflows that support daily operations and contribute to a more digital, scalable, and data-driven model. * Identifying optimization opportunities by analyzing processes and recurring incidents, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Applying AI-based solutions to document, analyze information, and generate content that supports decision-making. * Providing operational support for Workday in functional modules, ensuring agile and secure execution. * Managing functional queries and incidents, guaranteeing their analysis, prioritization, and SLA compliance. * Executing key operational activities in Workday, including data management, validations, functional reviews, and user support. * Preparing and executing data loads (EIB) and controlled corrections with full traceability and quality controls. * Collaborating with global and local People & Culture, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure an integrated and continuously improving operation. **WHAT YOU BRING** Our people are our greatest strength. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **Professional Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in process automation, data analysis, or technical support on corporate platforms. (Mandatory) * Experience with tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, VBA, Python, or other operational support technologies. (Mandatory) * Experience supporting HR, data governance, or reporting areas. (Preferred) * Basic knowledge of Workday or interest in learning the platform. (Preferred) * Prior experience in HR Ops, People Analytics, IT, or automation—even in junior roles (internships/traineeships)—is valued.
