We are currently recruiting a **Value Creation Analyst** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**
------------------------
* Build and maintain financial models and valuations to support business plan preparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions
* Prepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses to evaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios.
* Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and benchmark positioning
* Create and summarize findings of modelling analysis by populating strategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reports and presentations for management \& the Board of Directors.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams – including finance, investments and M\&A and operations \- to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
* Support long\-term investment strategy and portfolio optimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and risk assessment as part of a global portfolio.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensure proposals remain relevant and competitive.
* Take initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned, and look for continuous improvement opportunities at all times.
**Education \& Certifications**

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering with experience in Finance
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) C1 level is a must. Additional languages are a plus
**Experience \& Technical Skills**
----------------------------------
* 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, boutique M\&A, valuations team, corporate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, multiples, etc)
* Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint to produce for executive\-level deliverables.
