**Job openings at EOS Spain:** changing finances for the better in Madrid Would you like to join a strong, dynamic, and growing team in the legal and financial sector? At EOS Spain, we are looking to hire a Procedural Manager/Manageress for our Madrid office to strengthen our procedural execution team. Your main mission will be to manage and provide administrative support for judicial execution proceedings initiated by the company to recover its own unpaid debts or those of its clients. What will your responsibilities be? Manage execution procedures from filing the claim through to full satisfaction of the debt (including responding to judicial requests, asset investigations, interest and cost calculations). Handle large volumes of case files. Prepare reports and analyze case tracking and outcomes. Coordinate with extrajudicial collections to ensure successful case closure. Collaborate with lawyers and other legal stakeholders. Record all actions in the system and ensure data quality. What are the job requirements? **Minimum education:** Higher Vocational Training (Administration, Management or similar). **Key skills:** Legal knowledge of civil proceedings, especially in enforcement matters. **Preferred qualification:** A Bachelor’s or Law Degree is a plus. **Experience:** 2 years in enforcement proceedings and monetary claims.
