Workplace Madrid Mission The Laboratory QC/QA Technician will be responsible for executing the company's post-market quality processes for a technological product, from material receipt and verification to final product release. Key responsibilities include non-conformance management, tracking and recording incidents related to mobile applications and firmware, customer support and service, as well as warehouse maintenance. Reports to CEO / Director Functions and responsibilities Product Release — Laboratory Quality Control. Non-conforming Product Management and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Tracking and management of incidents (bug tracking) in mobile applications and firmware. Management and analysis of mechanical, electronic, and technical incidents. Customer support and service, handling product-related inquiries and incidents. Warehouse and laboratory material management and organization. Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and component status tracking. 3D printing of jigs and supporting elements for quality control processes. Competencies Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Knowledge of the medical device sector and its regulatory framework. Project management skills and ability to coordinate external teams. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within startups or technology-based companies. Experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory environments related to electronic devices. Experience in quality control processes and knowledge of applicable ISO standards. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and basic application development concepts (front-end and/or back-end). Knowledge of electronics, with experience in technical incident diagnosis and resolution valued. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Pharmacy, and/or Engineering), Biology, Environmental Sciences, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or Master’s in Quality Management and Auditing. Languages Spanish and Advanced English.
