Job Summary: Servinform is seeking a Microcomputer Systems Technician to provide user support for BPO services and manage devices and applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support for BPO services 2. Management of devices and users in Windows Active Directory 3. Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365 **Description:** ---------------- We are Servinform! A service company with over 6,000 employees, supporting more than 1,500 companies in call center, back-office, marketing, document management, networking and telecommunications, IT, and social media services. Currently, we are expanding our team and therefore require a **Microcomputer Systems Technician**, responsible for user support related to Servinform’s BPO services. * **Responsibilities:** * Management of devices and users within Windows Active Directory * Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365. * Installation and management of standard workplace applications: antivirus, remote control, asset inventory, web browsers, email clients, VPN. * Use of ticketing and monitoring tools * **We Offer:** * Temporary contract covering maternity/paternity leave * Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 * Annual gross salary of €20,000 (€1,666 gross/month) * Location near Suanzes metro station * Collective agreement for Consulting Services and Operator category *\*\*No sector of our society can be understood without gender equality and the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
