Support strategic decision-making with data analysis **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision\-making. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and help implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. * Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. * Develop process maps, workflows, and business requirement documents. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement business solutions. * Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met. * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. * Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project outcomes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM, ERP, or business intelligence systems. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies. * Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools. * Business Analysis certification (CBAP, ECBA, or similar) is an advantage.
