POZUELO DE ALARCON, 50\-1 We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions through advanced functional analysis, requirement definition, and supervision of information systems implementation, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement of business processes. The candidate will join the BUSINESS SUPPORT AREA OF IBERIA IT, reporting directly to the IT SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, without direct subordinates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out tasks within their scope using previously defined processes based on advanced technical knowledge, monitoring all activities assigned. * Implement action plans established for the development and evolution of processes, resolving queries within their area of expertise. * Prepare reports and analyses derived from their activities to support their manager in tracking results and decision-making. * Keep technical, specific and/or specialized knowledge up to date regarding procedures, regulations, technical criteria, etc., within their scope by participating in training sessions and internal company communications. * Provide support in the development of digital assets (automation, BPM, BPA, marketing, portals, sales, self-service, CRM, user experience). * Support the development of solutions for business support processes. * Quality control, development methodologies, DevOps, and IT support tools. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Bachelor's or Technical Engineering degree in Computer Science. * Functional knowledge of processes in the health insurance sector. * Knowledge of software development life cycle. * Experience in functional modeling and data modeling. * Knowledge of software architecture and databases will be valued. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Knowledge in business process management (BPM), rule engine management (BRMS), creation and use of metrics and KPIs. * Knowledge in Cloud and DevOps. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
