Apply today and be the change you wish to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics / Physical Sciences or another STEM field, with experience relevant to the responsibilities described. Minimum required: 3 years. * Experience in planning, tracking, and controlling software system and application development, implementation, and maintenance projects. Minimum required: 2 years. * Experience in gathering requirements for software system development and/or acquisition projects. Minimum required: 2 years. English proficiency equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). In the absence of a formal English certification, proof of having completed studies in other countries or international work experience conducted entirely in English is accepted. Minimum required: B1 or TOEIC* 550. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Minimum required: 4 years. * Experience with databases and operational deployment of information systems. Minimum required: 4 years. **Desirable / Additional Requirements** * Experience in planning, tracking, and controlling software system and application development, implementation, and maintenance projects. Desirable: 12 years. * Experience in gathering requirements for software system development and/or acquisition projects. Desirable: 12 years. * Experience preparing technical specifications documents or drafting bids for public procurement tenders under Law 9/2017 of November 8 on Public Sector Contracts and its implementing regulations. Desirable: experience (\>=1 year). * Experience participating in projects related to the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Desirable: 10 projects. * Experience participating in projects related to biometric information capture and management: fingerprint, facial, DNA profiling. Desirable: 10 projects. * Professional certifications including: * PMP * PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner * PM2 Essentials / Advanced * ITIL Foundation or higher * Scrum Master (SCM). * Desirable: 5 certifications
