Data Administrator (Temporary)**Job Description Summary**
As a Data Administrator supporting our business in Spain, your primary responsibility will be to perform unstructured data entry activities related to real estate assets. You will ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. In doing so, you will enable our Research and Commercial teams to transform data into insightful and actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions and fosters innovation across our operations. Situated within the broader EMEA Analytics framework, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including Data Scientists and automation specialists, to optimize data processes and support data analytics activities.**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
Enter and update unstructured asset data into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Assist with ad\-hoc business data requests and analysis.
Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the EMEA Analytics team to deliver market, client, and operational data requirements.
Work closely with our Research teams to enable and support their reporting requirements and data needs.
Contribute to key national and EMEA\-level data projects to help achieve the company’s data\-focused objectives.
Support data cleansing and enhancement initiatives to improve overall data quality.
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, working independently and as part of a team to meet assigned KPIs and business goals.
**Requirements:**
Spanish fluency (English desirable).
Experience in data management or data entry (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external teams.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
