Advise on CRM migration best practices and organizational transformation. We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our Operations Technology division of NBS (New Business Solutions). In this pivotal role, you will lead the program management of the migration from Siebel CRM to Salesforce across 25 countries. This position is ideal for a hands\-on professional who is comfortable managing projects directly but is eager to develop and grow into a full program management role. Initially, your focus will be on project management as we onboard one of our largest business units. As the program expands, you will transition to a more strategic program management role, overseeing multiple project managers across different countries. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations Technology, delivering exceptional customer service to all participating countries and supporting ADP’s growth by ensuring timely project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating complex technical information clearly and effectively to executive leadership and diverse stakeholders, fostering alignment and ensuring the overall success of the program. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full project / program management accountability for the Siebel to Salesforce CRM migration across 25 countries, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality targets. * Coordinate and communicate project activities internally within ADP and stakeholders across 25 countries. * Initiate process improvements and share knowledge related to CRM migration and change management. * Maintain project management systems and documentation specific to the CRM migration (e.g., PID, Master Project Plan, Deployment Plan, budget forecasts, highlight reports). * Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively throughout the migration lifecycle. * Assign and manage project resources, including internal project teams within countries * Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding the CRM migration. * Advise on best practices in CRM migration, change management, and organizational transformation. * Manage country expectations and lead them through the migration and adoption phases. * Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage complex, multi\-country CRM migration and multiple workstreams simultaneously. * Translate technical complexities into clear, concise executive\-level communications and presentations. * Proactively manage and engage diverse stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and project success. **KEY DUTIES/TASKS:** * Manage the full lifecycle of the Siebel to Salesforce migration project using Prince2, Agile, or other appropriate methodologies. * Oversee multi\-disciplinary teams including IT, Salesforce consultants, data migration specialists, and business stakeholders. * Ensure project data is accurately maintained in project databases and tools. * Attend and lead stakeholder progress meetings as required. * Produce regular highlight reports and status updates * Maintain detailed project documentation including risk, action, issue, and decision logs. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across multiple countries. * Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Stay updated on Salesforce releases, migration tools, and best practices. * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to CRM migration. * Lead program workshops and presentations for internal teams * Collaborate with other project managers to ensure business continuity and resource flexibility. * Undertake other duties as directed by Senior Director Operations Technology **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Highly organized with proven project and program management skills to handle large\-scale, multi\-country initiatives. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical information to executive leadership and non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building trust and driving consensus across diverse groups. * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure. * Experience in leading cross\-functional teams * Innovation and problem\-solving mindset. * Financial and commercial awareness in managing project budgets * Service orientation and relationship management skills. * Motivational leadership and time management skills. * Knowledge of system architectures, CRM platforms (Siebel and Salesforce), and solution design principles. * Demonstrable knowledge of full project lifecycle management. * Comfortable working across geographical boundaries and cultural differences. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** **Essential** * Prince2 or similar project management qualification or equivalent experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. * Extensive project management experience, specifically in CRM migration projects. * Proven experience managing CRM migrations to Salesforce is highly desirable. * Experience with data migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. * Experience in change management and multi\-country system migrations * Managing complex stakeholder relationships. **Desirable** * Hands\-on experience working with Siebel and Salesforce CRM platforms, including understanding of their architecture, customization, and integration capabilities. * Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean principles, to drive efficiency and optimize workflows during system migrations. **OTHER:** * The role requires comfort working across geographical boundaries and cultural differences. * Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed to support project activities. * Fluency in English is essential.
