




We are seeking a candidate with a degree in a social sciences or law field, and prior experience in team coordination. The responsibilities of the position include delivering training activities and supervising the work of assigned staff, covering activity planning, visits, and meetings. The incumbent will also monitor team performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage incidents and conflicts that may arise. The selected candidate must prepare reports and propose continuous improvements based on received feedback. This position offers a full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00. The contract type is an interim replacement contract. Immediate availability is highly valued; as a Special Employment Center, priority is given to hiring persons with functional diversity or IPT status.
