We work where data engineering, cloud architecture and geospatial science intersect. **What we are looking for:** We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us deliver complex, enterprise\-grade geospatial solutions built natively on modern cloud data platforms. You will work directly with our engineering teams on this process to deliver production\-ready systems for large customers. **Location:** This is a remote\-first role, open to candidates based **anywhere in Spain**. We have offices in Madrid and Seville if you prefer to work in person or want a place to collaborate occasionally, but there's no expectation to use them. You will * Lead stimulating, multi\-workstream enterprise projects end\-to\-end (scope, timeline, budget, governance, risk). * Act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders, including senior leadership. * Define and implement project governance frameworks (steering committees, reporting cadence, RAID logs). * Create new value propositions. Our clients expect a level of innovation that they don't have internally. * Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively. * Continuously improve our delivery methodology and internal best practices. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams (Solutions Engineers, Data Scientists, Customer Success, Sales). * Work hard and have fun! You offer * 5\+ years of expertise managing software or data\-driven projects in SaaS, cloud, analytics, or consulting environments. * Proven experience leading enterprise\-level implementations with multiple stakeholders and high visibility. * Experience working with analytics, BI, or geospatial solutions. * Demonstrated experience managing budgets, scope control, and commercial impact * A collaborative work style that can thrive in a flexible, fluid operating environment * Great communication and people skills * A positive mindset. You’re self\- motivated with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering growth. You run quickly with little supervision * Most of all, you are optimistic, data\-driven, smart, and eager to learn! * Fluency in English and Spanish **Nice to have** * Background in GIS, Location Intelligence, or spatial analytics. * Experience in consulting or professional services organizations. * PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification. * Experience managing distributed or international teams.
