A company specializing in the sale of construction materials is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the store’s daily administrative operations. The selected candidate will primarily handle tasks related to invoicing, collection management, and administrative service to customers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities * Management of sales invoicing and issuance of delivery notes. * Control and management of collections (cash, credit card, bank transfers). * Registration and tracking of orders and suppliers. * Support in general store administrative management. * Filing and control of administrative documentation. * Telephone support and assistance in customer service. * Coordination with sales and warehouse teams. Requirements * Education in Administration, Administrative Management, or related field. * Prior experience in an administrative role (experience in construction or retail sectors is desirable). * Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting. * Proficiency in computer tools and management software. * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in construction materials stores or hardware stores. * Familiarity with invoicing/ERP software. * Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and suppliers.
