Company
Description
The Industrial Maintenance position focuses on the supervision and continuous care of production equipment and facilities within an industrial environment. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance to anticipate potential failures, as well as immediate corrective interventions when breakdowns occur. The objective is to ensure maximum availability and operational efficiency of all machinery, which may encompass electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This role is essential to keep the production line running optimally, minimizing unplanned downtime and directly contributing to the plant’s productivity and quality goals. In addition, the professional must document all interventions performed, report incidents, and participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes—suggesting enhancements to existing protocols or to infrastructure itself to increase long-term equipment reliability. The offered contract is permanent and full-time. Working hours are organized in rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekend rotation. The company offers a flexible compensation package that may include benefits such as meal vouchers, childcare assistance, and private health insurance. Opportunities for professional development and career growth exist within the company’s organizational structure. Applicants must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification related to the industrial field, such as Electromechanics or Installation Maintenance. Full availability to work under a rotating shift schedule—including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends—is mandatory. Practical knowledge in fault diagnosis and application of effective, durable technical solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
