Administrative Technician (Labor) We are in the process of hiring a person for the Human Resources department of our organization, specialized in labor matters, for our entity with approximately 450 employees, to carry out the following responsibilities: * Preparation and management of payrolls according to the sector's collective agreement. * Processing of registrations, deregistrations, and changes in Social Security (SILTRA, Sistema RED). * Reporting work-related accidents (DELTA). * Management of employment contracts, extensions, renewals, and terminations. * Monitoring labor incidents (absences, sick leave, vacations, permits, etc.). * Coordination with external advisory firms and public agencies (TGSS, SEPE, INSS). * Maintenance and archiving of labor documentation (physical and digital). * Monitoring and updating of applicable labor regulations and collective agreements. Requirements: * **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance. A degree in Labor Relations or similar will be valued. * **Experience:** At least 1 **year of experience** in labor management. * Experience with the A3 Labor Management software will be considered advantageous. * Preference will be given to candidates with disabilities, as we are accredited as a Special Employment Center.
