This person will play a key role in developing and managing our organization’s human capital. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and implement talent management strategies. * Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees. * Coordinate training and professional development programs. * Maintain effective labor relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations. * Promote staff well-being and motivation through initiatives and programs. * Conduct performance evaluations and manage career paths. * Advise senior management on personnel-related matters and corporate culture. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same position within an international company employing approximately 600 people. * Advanced English proficiency for professional communication. * Portuguese (intermediate-advanced) is desirable. * Strong communication, relationship management, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Solid expertise in people and labor management.
