We seek a candidate with proven experience in the **comprehensive management of building construction projects**, capable of leading both residential and non-residential projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management and supervision of construction projects from inception to handover. * Planning, organization, and technical and economic monitoring of the project. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Control of **certifications, measurements, and costs**. * Liaison with technical management, clients, and suppliers. * Quality, safety, and regulatory compliance control. * Resolution of technical and organizational issues on site. * Periodic reporting to management. Requirements * Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field**. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as Building Site Manager in construction projects**. * Experience in **residential and/or non-residential projects**. * Solid technical and regulatory knowledge in building construction. * Proficiency in construction management software (**Presto, AutoCAD, Excel**). * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. * Results-oriented profile with strong focus on construction quality. * Valid Class B driving license.
